I started this blog a long time ago, with the intention of writing about daily occurrences in my life, mainly for my family, since I am horrible at communication in all forms. It has slowly evolved into a sort of outlet for me to rant and rave, be silly and serious…basically, just be me. The site used to be dubbed the site “Daily Ramblings”, and while there is a lot of rambling going on here, there isn’t a whole lot of “daily. So, in lieu of something better, and quite possibly a reflection on my self esteem, we’re now rolling with “Awesome Amy (minus the awesome)”. Clever, no?

I work in the accounting field, which most find boring. I think it’s kinda cool. But I hate math.

I am a student at the University of Maryland. I attend classes online, and I love it.

I am a step-mom to two chillens… one is 4 and one is 14.

I’m pretty random… and if you read me long enough, you will see that.
